For this outdoor New Year’s Eve street festival, our decor and entertainment needed to hold their own among a Ferris wheel, food trucks and a full lineup of public attractions. Multiple neon balloon arches created colorful landmarks throughout the event, while strolling balloon art brought an interactive experience directly to guests as they moved through the festival.
