A black party room at an ice rink wasn’t the colorful setting our client envisioned for a double children’s birthday, so we completely changed its character with neon balloons. Bright topiary columns, table centerpieces, wall décor and hanging pom-poms filled the room with color, while oversized personalized signs made sure both birthday VIPs had their moment.
