Balloon columns and colorful balloon kites helped dress a newly opened Charlie’s location for its grand opening, giving invited friends and guests a festive setting for the celebration. Charlie's had a great opening and invited all his friends - we made sure that everyone enjoyed the party by decorating the newly opened store with columns and Balloon Kites.
