An epic party is easy to plan. It is a story. Your characters (guests) must make an entrance, pick up their part, and consume the atmosphere. An epic party can be life changing while being life affirming.
The client asked for three wishes:
1) I want my guests to feel like they are literally in New Orleans during Mardi Gras.
2) I want my guests to feel like this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be in that grand old parade.
3) I want you to turn my son's wheel chair into the most blinked out Cadillac ever.
